1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (cosmetic and personal care), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during shipping
The item received was incorrect (wrong item sent)
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund:

Your full name
Order number
Clear photos of the product (including packaging)
A description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a partial/full refund depending on the case.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following scenarios:
Damaged Products: Full refund or product replacement
Wrong Product Sent: Full refund or correct product replacement
Order Cancellation: You may cancel within 24 hours of payment unless the product has already been processed or shipped
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Opened or used products
Products returned without original packaging
Orders refused at customs (due to local regulations)
Delays caused by shipping couriers or customs clearance
Custom or private label orders (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order after approval.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
Take clear photos of the damaged box and items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
We will file a shipping claim and issue a replacement or refund
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.
If the return is for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
