5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Destination country and city
  • Total weight and volume of the order
  • Preferred shipping speed (standard vs. express)
  • Courier service selected

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted in your proforma invoice. For large bulk orders, we can negotiate freight forwarding rates on your behalf.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number from the courier
  • The courier's name and website link
  • An estimated delivery date

You can use this information to monitor your delivery progress online at any time.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier-related delays or strikes
  • Customs delays or inspections
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your shipment is lost, please contact us at info@moroccancosmetic.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of receipt
  • Contact us by email with the photos and your order number
  • We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable

10. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our facility in Agadir, Morocco, by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time.
