Refund & Returns Policy

1. Wholesale and Private Label Orders

Wholesale and private label orders are prepared specifically for each client. Because these products may include custom quantities, packaging, labels, or branding, they are generally not refundable after production has started.

2. Sample Orders

Sample orders are non-refundable once shipped. If a sample arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order reference so we can review the issue.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, please email us at info@moroccancosmetic.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
  • Include your order or invoice reference.
  • Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

4. Approved Solutions

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another fair solution depending on the case and courier investigation.

5. Customs, Duties, and Refused Delivery

International duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility. Orders refused because of unpaid duties, import restrictions, or incorrect shipping details may not be eligible for refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production or packing begins. Once production, labeling, or dispatch has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Contact

For refund or return questions, contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
