2. Processing Time

  • Sample orders: 1–3 business days

  • Bulk orders: 3–10 business days (depending on product and customization)

  • Private label orders: 7–15 business days (after final approval of branding and packaging)

Production starts after payment confirmation.

We work with trusted international couriers such as:

  • Aramex

  • EMS and Local Freight Forwarders (for large pallets/containers)

You may request a preferred carrier or suggest your own freight partner.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Please check with your local customs authority for import guidelines.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • The courier name

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we ensure secure packaging and timely dispatch, Moroccan Cosmetic is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen events

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the buyer

9. Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the box and damaged items

  2. Contact us within 48 hours

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue


10. Local Pickup (Morocco Only)

For local clients, we may offer pickup options from our facility in Agadir by appointment. Please contact us to arrange.
